After cooking your fish on both sides. simply insert the blade of your Cooked-Perfect into your fish – whole or fillet. being careful not to push the ip of the blade into the open flame of a barbecue. Wait 3-5 seconds and remove. Quickly observe the thermometer – the appropriate colors will reveal to indicate whether your fish is fully-cooked and ready to eat. After a few seconds. the color will revert black so that you may re-use the thermometer – to again check readiness of this fish or any other fish being cooked.
